Designed and facilitated by a licensed mental health therapist, This Women’s Weekend Therapy Retreat is your chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself finally. Join a circle of twelve-ish women for a weekend of true rest, reflection, and real connection. Together we’ll hit pause, reset, and rediscover what makes you feel alive again.

Realizing that true healing requires more than quick fixes, she founded The Weekend Women's Therapy Retreat. This sacred space allows women to intentionally pause, quiet the noise, and move beyond talking about change into truly living it.
